Many of these sites are places where you can ‘buy’ an essay online, or other websites of questionable quality like consultancy companies or management associations. The questionable value of Internet sources was illustrated in an assignment that was submitted on last year’s People in Organisations course, when the question was about ‘mentoring’. When describing the benefits of mentoring, one student cited a website describing ‘Lincoln Correctional Centre Mentoring Program’.
